I remember the first time i played the Dead Space 1 demo. I had no fucking clue what I was doing, I didn't pay any attention to what the guy was telling me on the radio. And when i walked into that engine room, i got FUCKING RAPED. I died in 15 seconds. The second time, i actually listened and lasted 30. After 20 tries, i finally got done. Then i died from the hunter behind the door. SHIT!

There is no way you can beat anything else than normal difficulty with using only that thing. It's true plasmacutter is powerful but every necromorph is weak to different gun and to survive you must find out which one to use. That's the way you SHOULD play the game. Don't bother if you're using sissy normal difficulty.

spider u need to pay attention to ur surroundings, u dont have very good reaction times. work on those 2 things and learn how to play strategically in this game and i guarentee ull get much better an u wont get hurt/die as often. u always gotta keep ur distance from the necromorphs, close is not good. save ammo. pay attention to how much ammo u have for every weapon. itll save ur ass in the long run to explore everything too.
