Obama and Biden offer what those with a Simplistic Focus of the World want to hear that if he the Chosen One is elected then all of a sudden the Flowers will Bloom again the countries of the world will unite and we will have UTOPIA!

McCain would easily start a war with Iran. This would cost many lives and more disrespect towards America. It would also tank the economy even further in to the ground.
Obama, given his respect from around the world (already! and he isn't even president yet!), might be able to apply great international pressure against Iran. He might also be able to approach them in a way that wouldn't embarrass Iran - which will make them much more cooperative.

So the Iraq war was not justified.
But a Taliban clearly having an overlap with Al Queda who then pull stunts like 9/11, that war is justifiable.
Palin doesn't understand the world at all. She's made that very clear in the Abc interview. And not so much about her not knowing how Bush's strategies work, which is important mind you, it's her failing to show insight how the various relevant countries are positioned, and how relations can improve between every country.
