They are very different and i have dialed more pull in since i did this video. I tend to red bird for caps but blue jaguar for shots. I grind red bird on a Baratza Vario and Blue Jaguar on a Pharos. I find the VST to produce better espresso consistently but you do have to grind a little finer. Hope that helps and thanks for the post

do you prefer the regular red bird or the jaguar blend? Also does the VST basket make it taste any better?
