Qué gran artista, qué ganas de haber estado ahí. Quién tuviera plata para viajar a Alemania a estos programas de TV donde la invitan a tocar y para seguirla por toda Europa.
Absolutely magical...she's so musically blessed it's unfathomable. She's like this world of honesty and emotion and rhythm. Compare any of today's music to this and it will come up short every time.
That really was breathtaking.. if only she'd sang the extended version... for some reason the whole "and i was riding... riding along side..." part just tears me up...
Does anyone know what show this is from? I would like to see the entire thing. Not only does it look great the renditions of these songs are all stunning, even for Amos.
It's from a former german/french tv show called "music planet 2nite" (Arte channel), caught live at Le Réservoir, in Paris. I don't know if it's available in dvd or vhs, but sure you can download it on emule...!
Whenever I play this song for people straight, gay, young, old, or indifferent they always shut up to feel the energy it possesses..

I love the more stripped down version of this song, it makes it sound so much more emotional when its just the simple panio

I love the performances with just her and piano, it strips the song down a bit and adds so much more to the emotion of the song. Great version
