A complete scam, will promise this and that which won't happen.Then finally once u've called and complained enough times they'll tell u that "after months of wrangling with ur mortgage servicer we r unable 2 get u a loan modification so I'll go ahead and green light this 4 a refund. It should take 3-4 weeks 2 process it, 4 questions call xxx.xxx.xxxx". A refund that will sadly never come.This has taken place over about 1.5 yrs with me. Not many are having any success filing with the BBB either.
This is a great video. 1st american law center does go above and beyond to help their customers with their loan modifications. But yest you can do it yourself but it is very hard and you have to know what you are doing.
