Our Universe that we preside in is not so easy to determine what it is and how it was born (if at all), that is why the Big Bang is still a theory, and the creationism is not a theory but just an unfounded thought.

But I think the Universe is incalculable, if time is infinite then what is space, is it not also infinite, or where is space suspended?

OK I understand the word time is a form that humans conceptualized and it's content paradoxically tried to be defined.

EXCELLENT! I learned something here. I had never realised that the Qur'an was, effectively, saying that Allah slipped the SKY between the Heavens and the Earth to separate them. It's quite logical that THAT is what ancient minds WOULD think! Also, an excellent observation that the Earth and the Universe have NOT been "clove asunder" for our planet is in NO sense separate. I think you're being a tad overly literal with a holy text which tend to be written in riddles. It's all a matter of interpretation.

Other myths are similarly close but off. The christian creation myth as roughly describing formation of systems. Light (stars), then the land (planets), then the heavens (atmosphere) and then the eventual evolution of living things. Doesn't mean the books are right. Just means theres some basis in fact for the myth to grow out of.

many also have simular explainations or how man was created. dirt, clay, rocks and water.... is this proof allah provided the answer? no. smart people, even thousands of years ago, recognized the cycle of life. you live, you eat plants and/or the animals that eat the plants, you die, you decay and eventually you turned to dust. and considering the importance of water (especially to people living in desserts), its it hard to imagin people coming up with ideas to explain how we were made.
