There is a cheat to change the color of that fire but its a bit to tweaked to where it doesn't sustain that color for long notes, so even though you see it on single notes, when the flames of long notes burn by it flashes blue then resorts back to red

How did you activate star power at 0:41? It doesn't look like your using a next-gen guitar controller so you couldn't have used the palm mute button but you didn't shake the guitar either. I heard about a third party foot pedal attachment for activating star power. Did you perhaps use that?

FC means full combo. What that means is you go through the whole song notting missing any notes but also keeping your note streak. so say if you accidentally strum but got all the notes that would be classed as 100% no FC
