How to move WordPress from Your URL Root Directory to a Subdirectory

this is probobly a dumb questions, but what did you click on to look at your website through FTP? i no NOTHING about websites, i'm brand new, go easy on me

@TiaKristen If you use Filezilla its a free ftp source there are tons of tutorials on youtube too. Im new to it too, some of it can be confusing :)

I was doing the same trough cpanel file menager and the last step import was taking too long, something is wrong and i dont know what, can you please tell me what is wrong, maybe because of cpanel?
