As a bassist and guitarist Ian Paice is the kind of drummer I like to play with. Style, timing, and accurate and powerful. Without Ian, Ritchie I don;t think Ritchie Blackmore and Glenn Hughes would have been as good.

At least Classic Rock drummers have there own style. You can hear the difference between them. Dave Weckl, Steve Smith, Jojo Mayer, etc good drummers they are but they all the sound the same to me.

this is not that difiicult...i could also do this in a very short time of practise,and i don't even really play the drums.

point is, all the idiots who claim they can do it, don't listen properly,

if one doesn't look at him, it could be a two handed single stroke roll. that is the difficult part!
