Twice this year where I live in Lower Bucks County, PA I have seen drones flying overhead. No doubt in my mind that they were drones. Way too small to be a real airplane, flying very low, kinda looked like those giant foam airplanes you can get at a hobby \ toy store - all white, no markings, no windows. I read they are supposed to used to fine people who put up fences, sheds, pools, etc.. without proper permits -like everyone on my block who "illegally" put their sheds "too close to a fence".
