Amanda Knox was treated fairly - one may disagree with the veredict, but one cannot criticize the Italian system of law for that!

I think the prosecution didn't have enough physical evidence but there is enough circumstantial evidence to show that Amanda had some kind of involvement. Is it enough to convict her? I'm not sure, but she can appeal to a higher court - that's how it works in Italy and other civilized countries!
