I wonder how much body weight plays into fluid execution. It looks like he weighs less than 150 pounds, yet he generates enough power to perform these elaborate tricks (some of them requiring a lot of strength). I can't say I really understand.

@redriot It's ture that your body has to be in shape to do these moves. However, the truth behind the strength is not all just about muscle as much as muscle in the right place. Gymnastic exercises. Gymnastic exercises link your whole body by strengthening your core muscles. When you strengthen your core aerial feats become a lot easier. Search up gymnastics exercises when you get a chance and it will explain a lot more and way better than I can.

The guys who were good acrobats used to jump around too much in fights. And that's coming from a combined style that used many jump kicks in fights effectively
