  • Climate change this time has nothing to do with ice age cycles or anything. It's nothing except AGW.

  • These people (repubs) who think Al Gore is lying and saying we don't need to do anything about our environment are ignorant. Do-nothing attitudes aren't exactly the best way to face trouble.

  • Careful how you label people. I don't like polution, and recyling is good. But look closer and you'll see a scam going on. It's all about power to control everything they can, but right now they got you asking for it. As long as they need you everything is great, after that ???? Depopulation??? Check out the Georgia guide stones, scary, especially if you end up being one of the useless eaters. Oh and forget about being self-sufficiant got to pay taxes. Hellsadvocate, some name.

  • Who cares. Seriously, what if we lived during the Ice Age? Would be going crazy trying to figure out how to heat up the Earth? Sea levels rise, sea levels fall. That's just nature doing its thing.

  • History is where we find the answers. Using the environment to tax and gain power is the oldest trick in the book, so we really should be skeptical to begin with.

The UN states on their own website that their goal is world government and Bon Ki-Moon himself has said cap and trade will fund it.

They had the upper hand too, until hackers dropped some Climategate on their ass and exposed the scam of the century. Big ups to the CEU hackers!!

  • At first it may appear correct, but take a glass of water add ice, take notice the water level. Let it melt and again take notice of the water level.

  • Glaciers stick out of the water, so that analogy doesn't really work for rising sea levels.

  • O.K. but it only covers 10% of the earth's land mass. There's alot less freshwater to sea, so even if glaciers are equal to 75% of freshwater. How does that equate to sea levels rising 70 meters? Besides the fact that there has been some fudging going on, and it took hackers to bring it to light. Greenland wasn't always covered with ice neither. It's a cycle, it might cause problems it might not but it can't be stopped.

  • I though that was warm water expansion that causes sea level rise. That's a lot of water expanding.

  • I don't think it will equal 70 meters of rising sea level. I conducted a little experiment, I put some water in a glass marked it, then put some ice in and marked where the water was again. After the ice had melted I, expected the water level to be lower but it was exactly where it was with ice. So what that tells me is that the only melting ice that can affect sea levels is the ice on land and only 10%of land is covered with ice. It would take some figuring but I can't see 70 meters.

  • But in that experiment the water would get cooler, wouldn't it? It would not expand, but there will be more water than before. I thought temperature moves from one thing to another. And 70 percent of the EArth is water. I can see low lying areas and coastal areas being affected if trillions of gallons expand.

  • How, would the water get cooler? The glass sat there for several hours, and by the next day was the same (not much evaporation occured). The displacement equals it's expansion. So again, 10% of land mass covered by ice can't equal 70 meters of rising sea levels.

  • Lol... The science is clear that the Sun heats the earth and has cycles that can be as much of an effect as any man made issues. I have no doubt that climate change is real and the wonderful wealth redistribution that happens when you don't let a good crisis go to waste.

  • Climategate.....ja ja ja.....ignore the hacker...pay your carbon offsets and Al Gore wil force the scientist to stabilized the thermometer!

  • If is Climategate then we're lucky.

If it is not, someone will have to put ice on the thermometer, and to suck up the excess water, and to calm down the hurricanes, and to water expanding deserts. Looks like there is lot to do.

I's rather stick to Climategate. Looks like les job to me.

  • This is the biggest bunch of crap I've ever heard

    Florida's esturairies have been overdeveloped

  • 3 feet!!! this is a joke!!!

from where you get your info?!

The hackers have exposed all your bullshit pmpl

  • the science is not clear, and if anyone says that they are totally ignorant of the complexity of nature.

  • This is crap - crap crap crap. Use your heads people. The sky IS NOT falling!

  • you are right, the sky isn't falling.... but the climate is changing. and it's spelling trouble .

  • whered you get your information from?
