gentrification is terrible! it rips people from there lives! people need to take a stand! its not a good thing! its bad!

well it is very sad that people who have been living in the same area for a very long time are now subject to gentrification, but at the same time it is a good idea because most of this building are very old and are sometimes very hazardous to their health. But i desagree on the rocket high prices of rentpayments and housing payments they should lower the payments and the rent for those who cannot afford it.
