What a great and true video. As the author of the Non Profit Carpet Cleaning Consumer Guide I personally recommend to consumers not to go with the cheapest carpet cleaner... rather it would be wise to ask qualifying questions of the cleaning company like-Do you have any formal training as a carpet cleaner?- Do you have any references? - Are you insured? - What written guarantee do you offer? - Is the price you quote me over the phone going to be the price I pay on the day?
