  • using the "working out" principle and you did start working out everyday for an hour from the start instead of building up to it and you did maintain is as well, would that be a bad thing? or would that take its toll?

  • @CountDuckula1908 If you are able to start working out everyday for one hour, from the start, AND able to maintain it- Well, good for you! I made this video, and a few like it because usually, this is not the case. Starting at the goal is rarely successful, but there are exceptions to every rule, of course! If you are the exception, awesome! If not, and every New Year's Resolution fails to work out, my motivation tips are for you. Good luck to you, keep in touch!
