Chicago is the most educated city in America? I highly doubt that. I live in Wisconsin where more money is spent per student than any other state. Where students score higher on standardized tests than any other state. If anyone in America has the best education opportunities, it's Wisconsin. Why? My excitement was when they announced that he won Virginia!! His campaign crew worked so hard here. They posted themselves at practically every Metro and Train Station, and they were so pleasant to talk to while commuting home from work. Virginia historically has been such an inflexible, rigid State. I was proud to witness that small glimmer of Hope for change. :-)

Chicago is the most educated city in America? I highly doubt that. I live in Wisconsin where more money is spent per student than any other state. Where students score higher on standardized tests than any other state. If anyone in America has the best education opportunities, it's Wisconsin. Why? I was born and lived through the Harold Washington era. I witness the Chicago Bulls win six championships. I seen the White Sox win the World Series in 2005. I seen many children graduate with honors despite the fact society said they would not make it past the first grade. On November 4th 2008 I witness Barack Obama become the 44th President and the first African American President.
