I spoke with the Director, they filmed the pool scene but it did not test well for Nick - the audience felt less sorry for Nick if they included the pool scene - he agrees to go swimming with her - the scene takes place after Nick asks Darien about the pool - the scene makes Nick look like he played Darien on to fall for him - they removed it from post
