  • Dear Manjulaji , I have been an ardent fan of your recipes and have tried your rasgulla , rasmalai and nan khatai recipes with great success.

Also on another note, I have been in awe of the way you keep the stove and countertop sparkling. I have exactly the same kitchen counter and stove and I have a very hard time in maintaining them. My tiles are never so clean and the grout accumulates dirt. Could you please let me know how you keep it so sparkling? I would be very grateful.

    Thank You.

  • This looks so ambrosial!! Thx so much for this video.

  • Auntie, do you think premade paneer found at the indian grocer is good enough for this recipe?

  • @choowee Sorry that will not work.

  • @Manjulaskitchen Auntieji, I am a Management lecturer, male but I am fond of cooking. I have an observation to make.

If you upload your videos in Hindi, giving it some good name (say Pakshastra, Bhartiya Rasoi etc.) you will appeal more to Indian housewives.

When i talk to ladies in office, home and try to take them to your videos they are not able to gel with it. They don't feel natural. I wish that......you art could reach to Indian housewives. The cooking in Indian homes is monotonous.

  • I really like this, thanks for sharing! :)

  • Hi Aunty, very good and easy recipe, but can you please explain how are they different than the paneer balls used in ras malai or ras gulla, if at all they are different?

  • @raji852 The only difference in Cham Cham and Rasgulla is Cham Cham is cooked in heavier syrup for little longer time.

  • simply great, aunty!!! I come from Kolkata and grew up eating these sweets...but could never imagine making them at home :)

  • is the first part how you make the rasgulla

  • You are amazing:)))

  • It looks like Playdough!!!

  • You should go in tv show it's called Master Chef on star plus......

  • suger kitne boil karne hain 5cups of water mein?plz tell me iwant 2 make this...reply me soon plz...thanks

  • @jiya25041983 2 cups of sugar and 5 cups of water

  • Do I ask for Coconut Powder at the Indian Grocery or do I have to make this?

  • @ndlz1 you can find this in Indian grocery store

  • How is it different from Rasgulla?

  • @swissnina The only difference in Cham Cham and Rasgulla is Cham Cham is cooked in heavier syrup for little longer time.
