I see that milk is a big no-no for acne sufferers. But I really really like milk ( i have up to two cups of coffee made purely with instant coffee powder, milk and sugar, no water). I don't eat much of cheese and sometimes yogurt. Since you said the fat in the milk is the problem, is it ok to have skim milk, fat free dairy products?? please reply asap. I have serious acne and acne scarring since 3 years. I haven't found a single product that has helped me. Thanks in advance.
