  • Pay close attention to the bulidings (Tabcorp or Tahcorp).

  • I'd be very careful on the strain put on the arms from the arm jumps, some people were going out to full extention, can do some serious joint and tnedon problems. Lots more upper body and absorbing conditioning.

  • yes i agree. but it wasn't really about doing it perfectly, more about the mental progression and actually doing it.

  • Thats no good if you injury yourself first, and injured Traceur is not an efficient Traceur. Little should be attempted without all prerequisites obtained that included mental progression AND strength in my opinion.
