  • The crowd was being very rude and loud. Professor Wesch is great though.

  • This talk by Professor Wesch is very interesting, but the audience is obnoxious and rude.

  • Hey just an FYI, its spelled Michael Wesch. If you change your title it will make it easier to find in the searches.

  • LOL... build up, build up... good bit... cut!

  • GROAN!!!!

  • Pfft it cuts off at the most interesting part -_-.

  • @AlmityGuitarist to bad isnt it?

  • I hope i will find another video, less noisy. Interaction is one of the key words of life, but respect is another.

  • dammit - cut at the bit i was most curious about.

thx for uploading though - very interesting backstory about a very interesting video :)

  • Correction: his name is actually Mike Wesch. I saw him recently at a different conference; great presentation!

  • god the ppl talkin w0nt st0p.

  • The students were being EXTREMELY disrespectful, especially at the beginning when a lot of them were laughing very loudly. I am SO glad that people are more resepectful where I live (Canada)!

  • People who want to listen will listen or move to listen. Those who do not, well... that's their problem.

  • If they don't want to listen, then why are they there? It doesn't make sense to go to a lecture just to be disruptive and disrespectful!

  • Nahh... I believe this is presented in some sort of convention center partitioned into small seminar areas.

  • yep definitely, must be things going on all around the room...!

  • I'm pretty sure that has nothing to do with the main topic of this video. Please post more intelligent comments from now on.

  • Actually, it has everything to do with the main topic of this video. It's very hard to hear what's being said because of the noise. Please stop criticizing random people for no reason. My comment was perfectly fine. There's no need to imply that I'm dumb. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

  • Wow this was really interesting to listen to. I watched the "Machine is Us" video in my ITGS (Information Technology in a Global Society) class. Having the creator's commentary gave me a lot more to think about. Too bad the explanation was cut short.

  • I agree with marqueA2! The video cuts off just at the good part!

  • Where those people talking in the background or in the same room?

    =/

  • Professor "Wesch"

  • Fascinating

  • I was interested. I thought the "students" were incredibly rude, and he was brave to continue on. It must happen all the time. How disgusting. Thank God I only teach elementary school children from impoverished backgrounds. Different issues. But lots of them don't give a damn, either.

  • This is some of the worst camerawork I've ever seen.

  • I think those people are in another room, or another part of the room; at least that's what it sounds like to me. I don't think they're even watching this talk.

  • As a teacher, I can relate to the state of mind in which Pr. Wesch seems to be: excited to share his knowledge and experiences but constantly disturbed by the annoying noises coming from the room... I would appreciate a (final version) of this too

  • why that people laughing and making noise. they need to get out.

  • Wow! I want to hear the ennd of the explanation!

  • Looking forward to the full audio!

  • that's professor "Wesch" ... but thanks for posting this!

  • upsi..... sorry :)
