The work of a pro. More emphasis on 'percussion' per se(cowbells, bongos) and more subtle drum part. Bassline Prominent, less effects on the vocals. Less stereo seperation on lead vocals. One way I used to up the lead vocals is to have multi-takes mixed together, the results is much warmer than electronic effects. Good job.
