animation is very high quality, effects are wonderful. Only thing that brought it down a little was the voices. Tampering with the sound effects will fix this. Adding reverb or more reverb is a good idea, also some more sound volume adjusting (or getting the voice actors to reposition), so the voices can be heard moving about more. Take a look at Bounen no Xamdou, they have excellent voice positioning that blends well into the movement of the characters and their placement on the screen.
