You must be new to photoshop muttbutt, you can change the size of anything in photoshop. And that was a brush.

i am, but i dont think that was a brush, he dragged the corners of it out to make it bigger

I know, let me give you a little hint. In photoshop, if anything is in a layer, (like that, he duplicated the circle thing) You can click the move tool at the top, and at its toolbar, click "Show Transform Controls" And then you can change the size of anything in photoshop :) Hope this tip helps you.

Oh, I looked closely now. It is a brush he used in two seperate layers. And he made it black the first time, but then changed the color to orange. :)
