I drove down from Kentucky to watch the last night launch of the space shuttle program, and I was not disappointed. The view from Space View Park in Titusville was nothing short of amazing! I hope to get back to Florida for more launches in the near future. God Speed the crew of STS-131.
It was high time to retire these taxpayers money eating dinosaurs. Without expensive public manned space programs, much more money can be allocated for the non-public military space-programs, conducted by AFSPC.
