@amazingdany I wouldn't call my arms "massive". And yes, I only do Tabata's but they include chinups, pullups and dumbbell rows and lots of pushup variations, all which target the arms.
dude 1:55 i believe is by far the best exercise of all, i actually train my students around that workout and its amazing the results you get. great video
glouris, I have not seen a dr. about my knees. All I know is that there is pain and crunching noise in my left knee when I try to do squats, lunges, running, or jumping jacks. I just need low impact exercises.
What exercises would you recommend for this training for someone with bad knees? I have pain and crunching in my knees when I do squats, lunges and jumping jacks.
Actually, these are the only type of workouts I do. When I was much younger I used to follow the routines I found in bodybuilding magazines...what a waste of time (for the average guy). But then I got older, 30+ pounds fatter and started performing tabata-style full body workouts with little to no equipment. MUCH better results and a fraction of the time.

I wouldn't feel right recommending any type of exercises unless you got that checked out. It could end up doing you more harm than good.
