how it come , libyan and doesn't know about it? it's very simple type of bread burned directly under the burning coal ,,,,very delicious !!

I recently heard about it but never seen it, I dunno man I wish I knew more about my beautiful country but sadly I dont
we used to do this type of bread when we go outside cities (SAHARA ;for example)because we need very fast bread ....and because no much water or time for fermentation needed!!!
