No it's a regular unpowered mini jack mike.
I went and got a cheap one at walmart for nine bucks. The two I had laying around had mono jacks, and the soundcard apparently only works with stereo jacks.

do u use a USB microphone? cuz i use a 3.5mm mic and i don't think it works on ut3
