David Cameron's final thoughts...We need money for to pay for the Olympics...I must rape the poor and the sick as we need to put on a good fireworks display for the world and for fucks sake i must make sure that the rich are safe by not touching there child benefit.
You look like a big blob of jelly Cameron, you Lilly livered wimp! Please feel free to give that twat Tony Blair a kick up the ass and tell him to stop meddling in Politics....he's better suited doing what he does best and shapeshifting into the Reptoid he is! Tally ho.
David Cameron referred to Tony Blair’s name getting booed at the Labour conference . Cameron went on to say here at this conference we are proud of the achievements of previous Tory leaders. Hope the Conservatives were not including John Major’s Black Wednesday mess in their list of achievements.
The Libyan Army have now completely destroyed Ras Lanuf oilfield in anticipation of a large NATO special force arriving to re-secure it. This after shooting down a plane several days ago carrying 82nd Airborne arriving to secure facility unaware that the Libyan Army had killed the NATO-al Qaeda Rats guarding it. That allows the Libyan Army to withdraw to defend the town. This is a MASSIVE blow to the NATO oil pirates and will significantly affect Libyas oil production and the world markets.

I love how people are quick to slate David Cameron. For example.. @thedusninja Did the saviours of our fucking country Labour listen when they sent our soldiers to a pointless and seemingly endless war? Did they listen when they spent billions of pounds that they didn't have? People need to get this in there fucking heads. Raising taxes on the wealthy reduces the amount they can spend on consumer goods. Which keep people in jobs so they can spend money and put other people in jobs.

sort the banks out you fucking tard and stop licking barry's arse while your at it get out of office with the rest of the corrupt government or start listening to the people after all you are a servant
@perfacetus ok i'll say what to do tell the banks we are not paying any more money to them and let the government take over making money at 0% interest for any transaction in the country but have a charge for corporate transactions of any kind but to do that we need greedy people out of government, the problem is fiat currency there isn't enough money to pay the principle plus the interest the money doesn't exist to start with its computer credit any way thats a start
That's cool. I actually agree with lots of that. Banks should not be given anymore money, and they should be broken up so they are small enough, so that if we lose one, our whole system doesn't go down the pan.
They are considering a transaction tax I think. The difficulty is with international commerce, the banks can decide they don't like it and move elsewhere, meaning after bailing them out we don't even get the benefit of the tax and jobs they've made.

@Beatlesmaniac121 A half hearted, political stunt. This country's ozone depletion is extortionate and green energy investment is a meagre amount of what it should be, given our location and resources. All this aside, the minor investment of the Chancellor recently cannot counterweigh the ludicrous tuition fee rises.
@vulcanusii Green energy investment? Just a few days ago the chancellor struck a deal with a Russian company which is headed by two Nobel prize winners to persuade them to produce revolutionary medical technology here in Britain with British employees rather than across the seas. As a student of course i don't like these tuition rises but by expecting them to be pre paid is preposterous, why should a factory worker on minimum wage subsidise your education with their tax?
@Beatlesmaniac121 That's quite a decent deal, though not important in reducing global warming. Britain is an island in such a prime location. Scientists say if we harnessed our renewable resources we could be Europe's leading energy supplier but NO real investment is being made here. This is the future. As for a minimum wage worker, the percentage of his tax going on MY Uni subsidy would be negligible. But yes, tax the millionaires and keep the skills in the UK! Harness not just the rich.
@vulcanusii Look at the countless wind farms being built in the north east and Britains largest wind farm is about to be built just off of the coast of Hartlepool although i personally think these are a ghastly sight. But that minimum wage workers tax all adds up and could be put into public services like the NHS. Yes, tax the millionaires but not excessively we mustn't forget that most ( aside from the lottery winners) have worked hard to get where they are.

As a Belgian, I commend mr. Cameron and his coalition government for the way in which they steered the UK away from a debt downgrade. It happened to Ireland, Greece, Portugal and now even Italy. It could've happened to the UK and it would have been devastating. By doing the right thing, Cameron has actually improved Britain's financial standing in the world and you can only reap benefits from that
Labour has still not learnt its lesson, they are still the same old big spenders without a plan
All those protesting the cuts are living in a fantasy land. William Hague summed it up perfectly in his speech yesterday but I fear the protesters are so fanatical that they will ignore his words of reason.
Tell them how it is DC, ignore labour they just tell people what the want to hear, at least the Conservatives are honest and brave enough to deal with a £14 trillion national debt.
When the measure of "growth" includes money borrowed by the government, then cutting back and living within our means will obviously cause the "growth" to decline and then everybody will be screaming about needing growth.
It's like spending more on your credit card then you repay - it doesn't create wealth. You can't borrow more to get out of debt.

Saying 'sort out the banks' isn't really saying what to do. If governments could 'sort them out' they would. But it's quite difficult.
