@SancLunatic Not to be pedantic or anything, but mainframes generally aren't cooled with cryogens, just compressed air. It's super computers that are cooled with liquid helium, etc.

The difference being that supercomputers are about doing as many calculations as possible, for math, simulations, etc. while mainframes are more about handling large quantities of data (think banks, inventory control systems, etc.)

Yes, I know more about technology than is considered healthy. :-P
