If you guys are still around, have a look at the launchers I did a few years ago.

My breech design probably isn't as good as the one here, but it works nonetheless. I actually tried to make your same breech design but couldn't find the parts for it to save my life, so instead, I went with 2" Sch 40 PVC barrel and used a 2" repair coupling for the piece that slides over the breech.
isoaker.net and sscentral forums are still around, though with less activity as of late.
@coasteragent99 Yup, still around. Your launcher looks pretty sweet! I've had plans to build a new and more awesome launcher. Unfortunately, I've been busy trying to move country... and its not something I'd be able to take with me... so it seems my childhood games are pretty much over :(
Did you ever see my other video that was on my mates channel showing this baby in action (bluefalcons)? He took it down recently, and I don't think he has a copy of it :(
@brendanraymond Yeah, I've seen pretty much all of your WBL vids at one point or another. Sucks that one of them got lost though.
Not sure what I plan to do for the future, but hopefully my breech design can help community members build their own systems. WBL's still have a long way to go, but the main limiter that keeps us from full-blown automatic super-machines are costs and creativity. Occasionally, the new guy on the forums will ask about them anyhow.
As for homemades and launchers, haven't done much with them lately. Just trying to get them to work more effectively with minor improvements and looking for ways to use them for wars. Crazy as it sounds, a launcher can still work for wars if you have enough people playing, and a good crew w/ good rules.
Other projects I have include repairs and other sorts of workshop business. Also doing a bit of computer-related water warfare stuff such as website and art. Lotta stuff going on in general.
