This could actually be an interesting setting for a video game. A zombie game, where you're in a big open GTA style city, alone, with lots of zombies. And all the other players can send messages or "Tweets" about safe houses, hints, tips, etc. Demon's Souls style.

Which you'd receive on your cellphone and use as guidelines on where to go. Could be really fun.
