  • what if your really skinny....

like if your 16 and ur 120...

like i need to keep weight but i want to go raw... im kinda skeptical..

  • what kind of seeds do you eat? and also what else do you eat besides fruits and veggies? thanks :)

  • Crazy, it's Tuesday and I'm watching this for the first time hahahaha

  • What about those books 'eating for your blood type' If someone has blood type O, they suggest that they eat meat. What's your opinion on that?

And thanks, your videos have helped me tremendously. I just started my raw diet and I feel FABULOUS! <3

  • Hi Natasha,

What about those books about eating for your blood type. They say people with O blood type need to eat meat. What's your opinion on that?

  • Excellent -danka

  • Do you eat any grains? Do you drink alcohol? if yes what kind?

  • I will answer that in an upcoming video!!! Awesome question!

  • Hi Vanessa,

Love your videos. I have been high raw for a few months. What type of supplements do you take?:

  • Vit D and B-Complex

  • yea raw foods rock, especially high fruit. but it doesn't make you superman, or superwoman. i think a lot of it is mental, just feeling good about what you just ate. It's like working out, you feel tired afterwards, but mentally you feel awesome. No?

  • I totally agree that health and energy come not only from diet, but also through exercise, happiness, laughter and our state of mind.

  • no

  • I feel so much better on 70-80% raw ... but the cold weather in the UK doesn't make being raw too easy. Green juices really suit me.

My friend went raw and got a lot worse, and we found she had candida, so the fruit thing has to go for a few months, so it was better for her just to move to a healthier, sugar free diet.

  • Keep with the green juices and extra greens in the winter. Here in Montreal the winter is brutal, like -30 degrees celcius!! I found with being 100% raw last winter I had no problem with the cold-- I believe its because my circulation had improved. So start now to really improve your circulation with the greens and once winter comes, you'll be in great shape!!

As for your friend with Candida-- best she listens to her body and does what can balance it out quickly.

  • Natasha,

Thank you soooo much for answering my question!!! You have inspired me to just do it!! I'm ready for a true, honest change in my diet and lifestyle.

  • Awesome Vanessa-- You've got it girl, just do it. I am sure you'll be amazed at how great you will feel. I have 100% confidence in that!! Thanks so much for your comments and watching the videos!! :)

  • Its true. I am on 3rd month of only 80% raw and I eliminated my allergies, got ride of back pain from an injury i had for years and lost weight. I just am waiting on my taste buds to change enough to actually enjoy a green juice without much fruit. Thanks for a great video.

  • Thats fantastic!!! Congratulations!!! Its funny I go through phases with my green juice where there are times I hardly need fruit and other times where I need to add extra!!! Just got to go with the flow!

  • ~*i really appreciate the daily encouragement i get from watching your vids...i want to start upping the % of raw in my diet (its around 50% right now). is there any element that is particularly important or effective for boosting energy?

  • Raw fruit energy is the most efficient fuel you can feed your body, but keep in mind you need to eat a lot of it! Take in the proper amount of calories from raw, fresh, ripe, and organic fruits for your specific age/gender and you'll notice a lot of feel-good energy. 1800-2200 calories per day is harder than you think when you're just starting out.

  • I totally agree, especially if you are physically active and exercise daily!

  • Thank you!!! Definitely keep increasing your raw food. As for energy- eating enough, exercise, being well hydrated and good consistent sleep are essential factors for great energy.

  • I really enjoy your videos. I learn a lot, and your kitchen is so charming. I love the way the day light comes in.

  • Thank you so much!!! Its nice that you notice the light-- I actually do my best to do the videos with the perfect sunlight everyday!!!
