Get a Source Engine game like CounterStrike Source or HalfLife2, then download the mod. Instructions on how to install it can be found in video guides.

For GMod. i have Counter strike source. but not half life 2. every time i load it up it say...( hl2.exe has stopped working ) do i need hl2. my Computer meets all system Req. Can you or anybody else Please help.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Sometimes the code 'overlaps'.

If that doesn't work, I don't know, you'd need to ask on the Steam website.
