I use Windows Movie Maker, which usually comes with Windows and is the de facto program for making YouTube Poop; the source clips I use are WMVs.

I will, as soon as my new room is done and my regular computer is hooked back up. I'm using my 9-year old laptop at the moment, which totally sucks for YouTube and Movie Maker.
