  • There is a Louis XVIII, but reigned later, from 1815 to 1824, after French revolution and Empire.

  • notice that Graham as king George is wearing trainers

  • 2 people are cunts.

  • boooooooooooo! king george booooooooooooo!

  • hahahah great palin!

  • I loved this episode...some said they were inferior to earlier ones where John Cleese was a Python, but the show still had some classic and very funny episodes after he departed the troupe.

  • "We shall buy the plans if you will undertake to disengage your troops in America!"

    "........Do what?"

  • priceless how all the men run up to graham to give him flowers hahaha

  • I LOVE the way Gilliam walks in, his face, & the over dramatic way he falls from the headbutt XD

  • If I were Carol, I'd let Eric put his tongue in my mouth >=)

  • @Endrawnia That's why it's funny.

  • the end of this sketch, where Graham Chapman steals the show could quite possibly be the funniest thing ever on TV in my opinion :D

  • In social studies when we found out about how Louis XVI was beheaded, I just said "Louis XVI is dead already?"

  • this isn't funny... wtf?

  • @jamesarongray Not funny? Seriously? Would you have liked it better if there was a fat redneck making farting noises? This is what's known as intellectual humor.

  • @joshaf26 Then my friend u have a dim wit

  • @jamesarongray That's a matter of opinion.

  • @KungfuCow5 That was an obvious statement.

  • Who is the girl group singing GEORGE THE THIRD? The script says "the Ronettes" but I don't recognize them.

  • "Louis The 16th is dead, already?"

  • :42-1:04 LOLOL

  • 3:19 and thats actualy true the fiering of Jack Necker was what caused the charge on the Bastile.

  • None of the senselessness makes any sense..

  • Lots of long sketches in season 4...you can see they were already anxious to get into movies

  • hahahaha i'm not supposed to go mad until 1800

    lollll

  • where is john cleese?

  • Sadly, he left the show before this episode was made. :-(

  • why??

  • well, partly because he thought the sketches were becoming unoriginal and repetitive and that he thought he didn't have anything to add to them. there were probably other reasons too, though.

  • thanks :)

  • It's Monty Pytho. They could have added an albino gorilla dancing the Charleston and nobody would

have cared. They also have a knight hitting

    people with a fish.

  • @vigo894 only it was a chicken))

  • whats with the singing chicks lol

  • Ask Neil Innes.

  • F.O. Bartelett. One of my favorites. Go and have a wash

    Jacques.
