  • OK, is it just me or what, if you look at the first video, between the 30 sec. range it's a pick-up that is racing down the street, (the victim's car) BUT if you look at this video around 2:25, it's a CAR that is lying in the river! WHAT'S UP! I'm confused!!!??

  • Damn weather bultins...

  • was that a doll to react the scene??

  • Dude this was in Plainfield, IN -that's where my parents moved to. Just thought you should know :p

  • I've never seen this episode before and I was thinking that the baby was at the woman's grandmother's house, and not in the car. Am I psychic?

  • Oh no! A Thunderstorm warning!!! :P

  • That was such a touching story.

  • i don't think they're going to get a pulse out of that doll. lol

  • the paramedics saved her life, but the car that stopped saved her life too! along with the person at the house....:S

  • But if you have to drown, do it in cold water!

  • What an effing nightmare!!!

  • I know they have to use a doll, but I bet those guys must have felt so silly trying to act that out with a dolly.

Lucky they didn't give that poor old woman a heart attack, calling up, asking about her grandson, then hanging up.

  • May, Don't Those Two Guys Run A Lil Faster?.

  • 17 year-olds shouldnt have children...

  • This episode is the most interesting episode!

  • Do paramedics even act like this anymore? :|

  • Oh my, it's fine you used baby doll for re-enactment, but can you please make it look like the real one? I did realized it was baby doll, and my mood was ruined.

  • @Pisces298 I don't care if they use a cabbage patch doll, it's the narration that is chilling. Realistic-looking dead babies are REALLY hard to look at, and it's hard to watch the video through so many tears....

  • At 7:03 what did he say he put on the baby?

  • "Is that the baby or the doll?!"

Me: hmm *watches next twenty seconds* Yup, definately a doll...

  • Glad that guy believed what he saw and got help.

No matter how much they wobble the camera around you just can't hide the fact that it's a doll and not a baby in the reneactments.

  • Philip is really cute :) Glad he lived.

  • she may had ball tires

  • @puppyshoes bald tires not "ball" tires. Bald tires have no treads, making the vehicle more susceptible to sliding on wet roads.

  • do you have any episodes where the person dies?

  • @laurenalbertson95 Yes, there are a few. "Butane Huffing" from Episode 520 is probably the most notorious.

  • @allgood2000 which others where people died I watched this show and raised my kids on it and only remember the butane huffing story, what were others? And when are we to look forward to a new Rescue 911, reruns or dvd release? I truly wish they would bring it back out with new episodes, Lord knows there is plenty of reality shows it can replace, just saying! :)

  • @sctoiowa There were quite a few deaths on the show. Some are "Double Football Player" from Episode 109, "Church Bus" from Episode 117, "Resurrection Rescue" and "Runaway Boxcars" from Episode 119, and "Scuba Cave" from Episode 202. As far as I know, there are no plans to put Rescue 911 on DVD. I don't know if it will ever come back to TV again.

  • @laurenalbertson95 ur a bit heartless

  • @firemanupton im not heartless i was just asking..

  • Comment removed

  • I was having head trauma and someone called 9-1-1 They said I hit my T-12 . I was anxious in the ambulance. I got placed on IV medications. I felt pressure as they inserted the catheter. *cry*

  • @lifesaver173 *sympathetically pats shoulder*

  • Was this one syndicated, Dave? Sorry if I've asked that a lot, I'm just trying to get an idea of which segments were syndicated and which ones weren't.

  • @DorvellTStewart No, this segment was never syndicated or shown on FAM. It was only shown on CBS.

  • It's kind of cool to know where exactly this crash happened because I used to live in the township where the crash happened. Indiana 267 in that area is a dangerous 2 lane curvy/hilly road. I also can tell you that the ambulance that was dispatched came from Plainfield Fire Department( Now Fire Territory) station 1 and the engine dispatched came from station 2. I know some of the medics that responded to this call. They were transported to Hendricks Community( Now Hendricks Regional) Hospital

  • Guys, of course they're gonna use a babydoll! You don't wanna put an innocent baby through all of this again. Escpecially if they're only 3 months old!

  • I live in indiana and I live really close to where this took place..I've driven on the road that the accident took place on..

  • Phillip must be out of Highschool by now lol. Lucky guy.

  • I know these are just re-enactments and I know these were made in the 80's and 90's, but thats soooo a fake baby, otherwise BETS SHOW EVER!!!

  • there is a serve thunderstorm with gusty winds. youtubers u better watch out haha. This is a crazy Vadio. I cant believe this happien very scary

  • OMG its a doll the baby is a doll 05:41

  • @kroonchxtony do you really think they'd throw a baby in a creek just for a tv show?

  • lol thunderstorm warning

  • You can tell that 'Phillip' is a baby doll.

  • @MacNCrazyCheese534

For the re-enactment, yes it was a doll. Interestingly enough...you can hear one of the paramedics ask if it's a doll or a baby before they find him...:)

  • The baby is right now, about 19 years old!!!! omg, wen i thought of that i was so proud and happy!! =)

  • what means CPR?

  • @LegoOlof Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation

  • Let Me Guess On The Screen, The Words Are For T-Storms Eh. -.-

    But Whats The Bolt For?

  • He's so cute and that's amazing he survived I know it's a mother's worst nightmare. :(

  • she's 17, and she has a baby! lol!! =D

  • @mileysbigfan8 I don't know where you went to high school, but that's unfortunately not all that uncommon these days.

  • hey...um...wanna be friends on YOUTUBE?? i really like u!

  • @allgood2000 im not in Highschool yet, im in middle school (Grade 7) and i guess ur right!! =P

  • @mileysbigfan8 With a screen name "mileysbigfan" Im surprised you can be shocked by that...

  • @DeltaFoxtrotWhiskey3 With a name like mileysbigfan I'm surprised she could SPELL that.

  • @mileysbigfan8 Who isn't now days...

  • @mileysbigfan8 at least she was married and raising the baby with her husband. she wasn't just knocked up

  • @mileysbigfan8 ...I fail to see the humour in this ¬_¬

  • @mileysbigfan8 Um... a girl can have a baby at age 12. You mean you did not know that?

  • @mileysbigfan8 Considering girls can conceive at the age of 12 and 70% of men have no problem with screwing a 12-year old, the fact that she's 17 with a baby (likely 16 when she got pregnant) doesn't seem that young anymore. If nature and evolution allows girl to become pregnant at 8, you can guaran-damn-tee you'll start to see it happen..

  • I want these episodes to be on TeeVee or DVD! These are so interesting to watch,(Sometimes scary)

  • allgood, did or do you live near baltimore? i keep seeing these wbal storm updates lol

  • @zzzzdreamzzz No, this is one of the episodes I was missing from my collection until recently. The person who sent it to me used to live in Baltimore.

  • that baby looked like a doll 0.0

  • Probably because a doll was used for the reenactment

  • cool.

  • @Ducks0Junk it was a doll.

  • love you

  • bcuz of the title i thought a ghost had been involved....

  • yeah same here

  • Wrong show... Thats Unsolved Mysteries

  • oh thnx!!

  • thats wierd no tracks for the car accident

  • @hirofan97 You do realize this is a reenactment right?

  • yes they did show it you must have not

    paied attn.

  • Special thanks to who made it possible for these videos to be posted on youtube

  • they did not talk about how she took off going in the dam creek

  • Did you watch Part 1?

  • O shit no....

  • ravine you mean 20 foot ravine

  • And people wonder why we no longer use those old T-shield car seats!

  • Oh no a severe thunderstorm!

  • A 3-month old is the youngest patient I lost.

I noticed that Rescue 911 didn't show deaths of babies. Most people would probably take exception to it if they did.

This child died b/c a drunk driver hit them. Everyone in the family died, either on the scene or later.

They were in a small car and a van hit their vehicle.

  • There were a two segments where babies died. One was a documentary at a Cincinnati Neonatal hospital, and one of the premature babies died. There was another involving an infant heart transplant, and the donor heart came from a baby that was born without a brain.

  • I wonder how I missed them. Do you have both of them?

I lived in Cincinnati before. I used to work in Neonatal Intensive Care at Christ Hospital, mostly giving them EKGs.

  • I have them on tape (although I've currently lent the tapes to BeatleMoe), but I don't have them uploaded.

  • Next time I'll reserve my statements until I have further info.

I was under the mistaken impression that all the episodes had finally been uploaded.

How many more are there, that aren't uploaded?

  • There are 673 total segments (counting the ones from World's Greatest Rescues). Not counting what basckit13 has uploaded, 369 segments are uploaded and 304 have not uploaded.

  • What do you mean by "take exception to it"? Do you mean that people would've probably stopped watching it if they had shown a baby dying?

  • Not stopped watching-well, some would have-but most would have complained about it. And that's just my opinion, based on how difficult it is to watch a baby die-especially bc of a drunk driver.

We have to be trained how to deal with patients dying-and even then you don't know how you're going to handle it until you face it.

That's probably why some 911 segments say "This may be too intense for some viewers."

  • All of the segments that say "This story may be too intense for some viewers" are re-enactments of domestic violence situations.

  • ALL THESE NEW VIDEOS!!! :D :D :D YAYS! *GLOMPS allgood2000* tytytytytytyty!!!

  • This show reminds me of the time I accidentally swallowed a coin and my dad drove me to the hospital.

it could've been an interesting Rescue 911 story, but we never needed to call them.

  • There's another Rescue 911 segment called "Penny Choke" that would probably remind you of swallowing a coin.

  • @allgood2000 that doesn't sound fun

  • Damm that child was lucky

  • EMT- designations vary widely from state to state. As far as I know NJ still makes you call medical control for everything, Like in the Johnny and Roy days. I maybe wrong though. I love watching Rescue 911 and seeing how different states work with EMS and the cool older equipment and apparatus.

  • glad to know my mustang can take a rollover better than that crap car she was driving, then agian....a mustang from that time period would have crashed just as bad. Glad the people were ok, thanks for posting

  • "come on guys! that's the BABY!!!!!!!" *emt's do lazy shuffle jog*

  • They call Advanced EMTs Intermediates where I work.

  • and what do they call Intermediate EMTs?

  • They call them EMT-I. They don't use the term Advanced EMT. I only heard of the title a few weeks ago, when I received a hateful comment about it. (I didn't watch the first 2 seasons of this show.)

I looked up Advanced EMT (EMT-A) and didn't find it where I work.

  • different levels now are EMT-Basic, EMT-Intermediate, EMT-Paramedic, atleast thats what they taught us in EMT class

  • That's what they taught us, too.

This guy on YT told me the A in EMT-A has never meant Ambulance-like the University where I went for a degree in Emergency Medicine said in their pamphlet it did. It doesn't mean that now; they call it EMT-Basic; but I swear the pamphlet said EMT-A was for ambulance.

The guy who commented told me I'm not a Paramedic if I don't know that, and I'm really getting sick of people saying that.

They should at least research their statements b4 calling me a liar.

  • EMT-A did used to stand for EMT-Ambulance, i know enough EMTs that i work with who were EMT-A before the EMT-B program came into existence. As a matter of fact, in NJ where i'm at, if you want to get an EMT license plate, you still get the EMT-A plates...i love how some people sit behind their computer screens and talk about stuff they dont know. Good job sticking up for yourself brother.

  • this segment has both "icy river" and "Ben taub trauma docu " References the icy water saving him and the belt he should've worn securely.

  • Thank you for all the wonderful episodes Allgood! I have been enjoying them a great deal. The best thing about middle age and CRS disease is I get to watch these all again like it was the first time. LOL ;o)

  • that kid should of just graduated high school

  • @Aggiesgigem Unless He dropped out

  • Welcome back, Dave!

  • WBAL is NBC Baltimore Affiliate. Since I live in Northern VA, I don't get the station of course, just the DC station

  • What's The Segment after this?

  • The shown at the end is woman has sudden death heart attack at dance club, followed bty Grandma chokes on a dinner roll

  • amazing!

lol, nice swim trunks at 9:46

  • It's great to know that infant survive that accident. Also, it's great to see that segment.

  • Thanks for updating...this is a great show
