I did it as a mistake (arrives in A. on Queensday) and the crowsd of people running around and dancing were all most to much for me!

I love Amsterdam, but I really don´t love their Queensday!

I've found that most hotel rooms are non-smoking now which sucks... do you have any recommendations on where to stay that smoking in the rooms is OK (I've looked at apartments to but I'm only staying for a week so i wanted to save a bit of money any help is appreciated... THANKS

@illbefuct The Krasnapolsky has smoking rooms. NH Carlton has rooms with balconies that are quite nice. Citymundo-nl has reasonably priced apartments that is a good option as well. I hope this helps... D
