wow.... he's massive!! What a great job Buttercup done! And I love the way she looks at him when she sits up, its just precious!
I'm trying to buy a 6yr old mare named Jareers Lonestar. She's past racing since she's never even been ridden, but I was hoping to breed her, she's only small though. Would that be a problem if I were to breed her with a TB stallion standing in europe? I've never done breeding before, but I'd get proffessional help =)
Q: would either one have survived with no assistance? that is one huge foal! I have noticed that your foals (in your vieos) are quit large, is there a reason why?
HUGE!!!!! watching this brought memories back of me giving birth and looking at my son afterwards and thinking "WTF????" my son was massive... everyone was shocked... buttercup did good...you were great cos you were working with her and not rushing...ever thought of doing midwifry?
Thanks wldcat59, my mare is about to have a foal and we are worried by the shear size of her, we are concerned that she is going to struggle on her own. I think we will be camping put soon!
HOLY CRAP!!! That colt is MASSIVE!

Wow, amazing!
Do you do this for a living.
Love how you guys were talking to her. Seemed to actually help a lot.
But when you help her, aren't you afraid to hurt the foal's legs?
(I'm genuinely curious, as I don't know anything about this haha)

That foal is huge, do you think she could of given birth on her own to it?
sarahlhowen 3 years ago 3
I'm not real sure she could have had it on her own. He was VERY big! She was struggling quite a bit. Glad we were there to help!
