It's Hymnos, an artificial language created specially for the Artonelico games and designed for singing. It uses a heavily stirred mix of multiple existing languages including English, German, French, Japanese, Latin and Sanskrit .
And yup, it is a nice song isn't it. One of my favourite lately. =)
Though the translation for the lyrics here seem a bit off. I believe the video AbstractGarden uploaded has a closer translation.
To even sing a language thats not even real is quite amazing.. well as expected from Kokia
