    What this guy is doing is a reasonable weight and he does the squat in an absolute clean and proper way. so what's the problem?

  • @southsaturndelta220 good good, squats, from what I have be taught by my cousin who has gone above and beyond to do research on the subject (Has a masters in movement science from Barry University I believe), is one of the most beneficial exercises you can do for your body, however, if you don't have good technique and solid form, then you are not going to reach your full potential, and if you are not getting the depth or hip drive then you probably aren't doing what is considered a squat. :D
