ebay has the worst customer service ever. I was selling a ps3 game that just came out and I was selling it at 5% cheaper than retail. Someone reported me saying it was a fake when I provided a reciept and ebay gave me a warning to provide proper documents, when I did someone again reported me and I got my account suspended. eBay really has to change there policies. You are NOT protected as a seller nor as a buyer.

@Mark2790 yeah they do. Its too much for ebay to investigate everyone, and also these bad ebayers or sellers that this guy mentions on his video, most of the time automatically run thru the cracks and rarely get caught by the ebay system. This guy makes a valid point, 90 percent of all reports are done by competitive sellers and buyers who just want to fuck over good honest ebayers. This is a major oversight by the ebay system to this day.

ebay was awesome about 10 years ago, but now they've made it really hard to use, and they screwed up the feedback shit!

im no regular user, i used ebay back around 8 years ago and just bought an item recently and had to go through hell getting it!

sellers cheat, they have several accounts, the shill, they report buyers that don't give in to demands.

This is ridiculis! We have monkeys that look at every single email we receive! Do you really think that our monkeys would let stuff like this happen? C'mon...maybe a report or two slips through the cracks, but when we get our customer service monkeys trained to be able to read...there will be no more of this!

They are too cheap to hire their own people, and they have created a 'breeding ground for vigilantism'

Bad bad place to try and conduct business with all that going on. (not to mention the rules changing every day and announced changes taking place BEFORE the announced date)

The only people left on ebay are crooked, or scammers (or maybe just fake altogether, like those listings) because no honest people will fall for that BS IMO
