Let me explain a little about film making. The wide shot (far away shot) that you see are definitely stunt doubles high up in the tree. It was shot from a helicopter. The close up shots are of Rob and Kristen. They look like they could be high in the tree but they're actually close to the ground on a platform. That is actually Kristen pretending to bite Rob's neck.
