Not easy in Germany! 1 Coconut is at least $1.50 here, and this dark green vegetable I never saw in Germany at all! Living in a very small apartment without backyard and balcony means, no chance to grow own food.
And with a retirement of $700 means: die soon and sick!
Thank you fine brother. your videos are such an inspiration to me. everytime i feel i am slipping away from healthy you always pick me back up. Thank you. and God Bless you always. Keep doing a great Job.
Ka, Thanks for this. I was turned onto your channel from Dan-the-man The Liferegenerator and have been really impressed with the honesty, wholesome down-to-earth feeling that you produce in your vids. I:m a new fan! Fantastic information. Wish I were there in Costa Rica. Its my favorite place and is on my top two places to end up in sometime down the road. Keep up the great work.
well, all I can say is since I have been slowly transitioning towards a high raw diet since last summer - I am just AMAZED by how quickly I can accumulate all of those plastic bags, twists ties and rubber bands that the fruit and veg come in/with. I am trying to reuse what I can and recycle but still, it represents to me how much my diet has changed in such a short time. I need to start thinking about a new system. Thanks Ka!
greens are so important why can't we eat that much of them realistically? Seems to me that they are more of a supplement. Kale as is doesn't appeal to me much. I've had time where I sat and ate it, but it didn't taste as good as some fresh fruit. I lean towards spinach now, but again my body tells me when it's had enough. Usually about a handful here and there. I'm just going by instinct here which I believe is more accurate.
Your family and videos are so inspiring!! I'm mostly thankful for the "biggest mistakes" audio I just got. It was a beautiful present for me who is starting on the living foods journey. I have a 4 year old daugther and it is because of her that I'm changing and getting to know all this amazing new world. Go greens!!! I wish I could make it easier on her to take 1/2 a kg of green a day. But one day she will.
It would be easier if all her friend were doing the same, she loves to copy ;) ALOHA!!
I'm eating one coconut a day now because you have emphasized their importance. I have grown to love the very young slime. It feels like a natural rejuvenator.
I have an 18 month old Grandson, his name is Echo. His mother in not into the Raw Food experience yet. But my Grandson very much loves raw fruits and certain raw vegetables. When he is with me, and that is often, I give him as much as he wants. He has his way of letting his Mama know what he prefers to eat. I believe he is off to a good start.
