What state? In some states the second you conceal its shop lifting. A lot of company use the EAS alarms as a method of legal protection so that a person who crosses the lines are clearly shoplifting and not going to pay. No question. the "of course he's black" comment is a casual factor in why more black people steal than whites because if you lived in a society full of racists views this would not help you feel good about yourself and perform to the best of your ability not to mention that the media disproportionally reports on black crime and the fact that as a black person it is harder to find employment. Black people not performing to the best of their ability stems from black women having kids at a very young age and not having a father figure to help raise them, living in the projects with other young women with the same issues, raising kids who don't care about education because "education is for whitey". Black people will NEVER rise until black people WANT to rise. Every black person who tries CAN make a living for themselves in this country. TRIES is the key word.

I remember calling out a 'loser' who would come in all the time to steal at a local store. I knew one of the undercover guys and told them about his plan, and soon he was walking out in cuffs since he was caught dead on spot shoving something in his pocket.
