Just look up TEMPEST for Eliza. If you are paranoid, the Tinfoilhat Linux distribution has a mode where your screen is unreadable by TEMPEST snooping.

it's a program called Tempest and opensource, i haven't looked for it yet but i guess you might find it in some linux repositories, or sourceforge, or equivalent...
