  • I can tell that they're rookies. First of all, they didn't take out the excess bones after scraping off the meat. Secondly, it is not necessary to toss the ground meat and ground fish, it needs to be cooked very well, (but not over cooked.) so use a cooking utesil. And the fish is BURNED. They should've just baked it instead of frying. The stuffings are cooked anyway. By the way I'm from the California Culinary Academy. Rellenong bangus is one of my specialty.

  • How do you get the excess bones after scraping? Would the bones break off into tinier peices? I've had a horrible time eating my first relleno because it was riddled with tons of small bones...

  • if you watch seriously they did it perfectly. they remove the internal parts, they debone the fish... to all who post a comment...i recommend to watch it again and listen carefully

  • Obviously this is not the traditional preparation for Rellenong Bangus that most of us are accustomed to. However, I give props to these kids for trying. After all, they are still in school and learning. So rather than being too critical and leaving negative comments, people should explain to them how Rellenong Bangus is done properly.

  • This isn't the way we cook relleno back home. Probably this is their variation. We do not add ground pork and we boil the fish meat first then dobone it. Once done with sauteing all the ingredients, let it chill then add fresh egg for the stuffings to join together wherein here they probably used flour. I thought hey will use the flour in coating the fish before frying.

  • nasunog na ang isda..ditu sa bacolod..para wlang sayang na meat ng fish..we open the fish slice it in half then put in the stuffing then seal it with a thread..yung malaki ang width..hehe...
