  • its amazing wat this world has come to its a shame and im only 11 years old

  • okay okay. this is what i dont understand, if americans keep saying to buy american goods and not Chinese good, why do these same american keep buying foreing cars such as toyotas everywhere i go, i always see more foreign cars than domestic cars. come on americans buy american.

  • that''s the guy got drunk and blaming the bartender.

  • my economic's teacher show this to us lol

  • Ya Ho!!! Amazing,so if Obama wants to make peace with China and we owe them debts, well he will have to take away my GUNS, FREEDOM, and my FAMILY before he do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So if you understand what I'm saying please send this to everyone you know, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

  • Communist China outplaying all the capitalist countries in their own game. I suppose that's harder to swallow than a Peking Duck. Anybody for another serving of capitalism?

  • @foreplea Really? Are you really that ignorant. Free Market Capitalism is NOT what Communist China practices...they run work camps. Comply or go to jail - the opposite of Free Market Capitalism. But there is a form of communism in our capitalistic system called labor unions, a concept born in the marxist brain. It is this very thing that is killing us. Labor bosses demand so much for themselves (and some for their 'members') that corporations are forced to seek cheaper labor overseas.

  • @MIDRATZ "Labor bosses demand so much for themselves (and some for their 'members') that corporations are forced to seek cheaper labor overseas."

Which is also the reason no one can afford to buy an American car, so they buy shrunken mini-cars from the Pacific Rim.

  • who is dumber-the person who keep buying bad things or the person who make bad things

  • buy buy buy tacos de canasta nice price.. XD wtf x_x j a me acorde de la cancion de n sink bye bye bye

  • U dun buy products made in China then u will die. Let's wait n see. WTH

  • Something I've never got is the statement "it's American as apple pie". Apple pie, a dessert that originated in England during the 1300's, a dessert that had existed for hundreds of years before there was any such thing as America. how does that make apple pie American? That's like saying 'it's as American as building the Statue of Liberty", a statue built in France. It just goes to show, the world is designed in Japan, built in China, then America just takes credit for it all.

  • My grandfather for 41 years drew political cartoons. And his cartoon was the best example of our dependency on China, and all the exports we get from them. He drew, a women giving birth, and a doctor was holding the newborn, and it had a tag around it's foot saying, "Made in China."

  • The Grablet is made in USA...check it out.

  • just out of curiosity are you part of the Capitol Steps? You seem to have lots of their songs/videos

  • @freakkiller277 I'm a friend of the Capitol Steps. They've given me permission to use their songs in my videos, they've given me almost all of their CDs (approximately 25) and they give me tickets to their performances when they visit my part of the country. The Capitol Steps get publicity from the videos that I've made. As you can see this one has more than 2.6 million hits. Others that I've done have more than 600,000 hits collectively. Thanks for your interest.

  • how abut all you fucks in california stop buying piece of shit toyota and honda cars. Come on people, support america Ford, GM, and chrysler offer great vehicles

  • Those fucking busineses are all making their shit and china and its pissing me off. Thats why i buy farmers market products and dont buy anything from china. So all you Busineses out there stop using china you selfish Fucks.Thats all i need to say.

  • Go HERBUNK!!!!!!!!!

  • Americans need to wake up from this bullshit finger pointing culture. When shit happens, the US loves to point the blame. First it was the USSR, then the Japanese, then the Saudis, now China. China never once asked the US to waste $4.3T on foreign wars which yields no gain. $3.5T on 6 bailouts with banks still holding the loot. $1.6T on a useless Homeland Security agency and a unfinished Southern wall. If the US spent all those money on their own people, there will be no comments here.

  • Good vid. However, you TOO are mis-informed. According to the 2010 US Dept of Commerce, 30K+ countries and nations now asks China to produce their items. China barely has 100 good brands which sells globally of their own, so just because it is "MADE IN CHINA" does not mean it is Chinese. We do not own Apple, HP, Walmart, etc. We make what the companies request. You want high quality yes, we make it. You want low quality shit that breaks after the first use, we make it BECAUSE they REQUESTED.

  • @Tryst46 that's is unfortunately how they think. Not to hard to detect that pattern either. They expose it in broad daylight.

  • lol

  • The time is long over due to stop importing goods AND services from overseas. Not only are products which USED to be American made are produces in third world countries, but jobs needed by Americans by American companies are performed in China & India, such as customer services for banks, credit cards, etc. Nabisco Fig Newtons are made in Mexico. WHY? I think sales taxes should be Very high on foreign made & LOW on American made, to encourage production In America. Fuck these foreign countries.

  • so funny you trie to defend Little Debbie's and Tastykakes in the video. While it has nothing to do with china, it still is the worst food you can get for all of your body, except your tongue for taste.

Anyways, very funny song, had some good laughter.

  • The other day, a news reporter on tv. actually announced, "This Wal-Mart opening is a sign that the economy's improving." Ah yes, the sarcasm.

  • The benefits of outsourcing. Typical cost cutting regime by companies who don't give a damn about their customers health, keep the same cost despite it being far cheaper to produce so their shareholders and fat cats can have nice healthy bonuses.

  • u do relize these are american companys right? your own people have betrayed your country.

  • makes me even more glad I'm British...

  • USA IS RACIST

  • @Quetzal941 so very true.

  • @Quetzal941 so USA is a person? idiot.....

  • @1blackdeath51501 hi, nop, usa is a contry, but, the most people are racist

  • @Quetzal941 yeah, I have to agree with you there, wether it be racism towards blacks or whites or hispanics, but racism goes with ignorance towards individuals, I've lost most of my faith with my fellow American not only in race, but with just about everything else, they'd rather sit at home all day and be self absorbed in there buble, and they don't care about the injustices that happen each and everyday but there is still some people who have there's eyes open Ron Paul 2012 America's last hope

  • @1blackdeath51501 mind your own beeswax!

  • I went into Harbor Freight Tool with my ceramic knife and said, "its true the blade is good, but the plastic handle shattered in less than 60 days?" And they said, "Yeah".

To be very! honest, ALL those Chinese tools I bought there weren't bad, not all of them, some are still good!... but when you use the high powered gun style soldering iron... the plastic case does melt in your hand!, so beware.

  • We have been persuaded by many Administrations (Dems and Reps) to buy stocks, to protect corporations, etc while they get free money from bailouts...banks get protection and Corporations like Walmart Empire (Sams), Walgreens, Home Depot, etc destroy the small businesses and keep their products abroad. The damn government have to realize they are killing their own country. The solution is not to buy American but to force those corporations to keep those jobs home!!

  • The replies are what we've all come to expect. There's only one thing that America does better than the rest of the world - refuse to take responsibility for our own decisions. We voted in the crooks and the charlatans and then acted shocked when they destroyed our future. "The Christmas We Get, We Deserve." Greg Lake

  • had little debby today.

  • Hee Hee

  • yepper - the shear stupidity of sending our manufacturing and production out of the US will make history books burn with the slimy sell out facts of the corp / gov connections that are pushing the working class into poverty and the economy into a tail spin it might never recover from - BRING THE JOBS AND PRODUCTION BACK TO THE USA before it is too late to turn this thing around.

  • Basic logic fault, the true is "demands create production, not production create demands".

    Who is evil? US corporations!!!

  • when the cardboard came out anyone think of mcdonalds????

  • never made in usa now they ship it in peaces then we put it togeather say made in usa.Nothing like it should be.

  • A minor lyric correction-- "Never DRINKING antifreeze..."

  • Should we be mad at Richard Nixon for starting trade with China?

Americans can still buy American products, but are too cheap to pay the BIG bucks.

  • @Rich3958 last line in vid. "and honey that"ll be the day the day we all die" It was tricky Dick who resigned that started the ludicrous trading dissolving the USA? It is the crooks today in the WH who "want China to rise " even more. The outsourcing of jobs and the lack of American truly produced products is NOT because Americans R too cheap it it because the Obama et al made their greedy treasonous agreements eg Bel Fuse Insilco from the fraudulent estates of me DEAD. Honey Siegal -July 4th/11

  • Nothing either guarantees the source of something grown or produced in the US

  • @awesomlycoolvlog In the United States there are many laws that regulate the growth, production and/or manufacture of products to ensure that toxic products are the rare exception. We have millions of lawyers poised and ready to jump in and sue anyone who violates those rules (intentionally or otherwise). We stupidly import products from China without applying those standards to the goods that we bring into the U.S. The people in China who sell us toxic products are beyond the reach of lawyers.

  • @HerBunk

Greedy corporations and lobbyist whores stupidly do. Not the ordinary U.S. citizen.

  • @HerBunk true, but the authorities that are supposed to check the imported good are within their reach. (not an american)

  • @HerBunk Perhaps, but the US insists that the world accepts its Genetically Modified foods; some of us reckon it is a basic right to know what has been done to our food before we eat the stuff and we resent Corporate muscle forcing their junk to be the only choice in front of us.

  • @cycleoff "US insists that the world accepts its Genetically Modified foods"

The only reason most of the world isn't starving is because of genetically-modifed grains developed in the U.S. and often GIVEN, thru the UN & other agencies, to African and Middle Eastern countries we'd be better off letting starve.

The only one whining about "Frankenfoods" are scientifically illiterate dumbshits.

  • I love Little Debbie's snack cakes. But don't eat them too often.

  • Du-uhhh...Little Debbie is still make in Collegedale, Tn., USA!

Some indgredients *may* come form oversees, but this family-founded business is a quite bit more ethical than most others.

  • @gitrpicker ; Little Debbie is owned by a seven day adventist family. Adventist don't eat meat, Mckee uses beef tallow in their snack cakes.

Has everybody forgotten that Bill (Slick Willie) Clinton signed NAFTA? NAFTA has caused the loss of more american jobs than anything Bush, Obomba or Congress have done.

  • ipod iphone ipad notebook tv washingmachine ...all made in china ok? don<t be silly my us friends made in china=good quality

  • @ihijacky glad to hear that man.

  • AND THE TRUTH SHALL SET US FREE

  • ENCORE

  • Trump / Palin 2012 FTW!!

  • haha i love this song it is so true and cool

  • @countrygirl56ish, Bush inherited the largest surplus in history from Clinton and because of his megalomania and tax cuts to millionaires, bankrupted our country.

  • @cooldudela2 And the DEMOCRATS have owned the economy since 2006 when they regained a majority in congress and then Obama was elected in 2008. They've owned the economy for at least four years and still want to balance the books by blaming Bush, increasing taxes and fighting to maintain federal funding for abortions. The economy was destroyed by the demise of the housing market which was caused by the Democrats led by Barnie Frank and Chris Dodd. Thanks for your interest.

  • @HerBunk you are right about the fair housing act.

  • @HerBunk You know because the president can't veto bills or anything. Democrats can't get things passed with a majority in house and senate with out republicans filibustering. So for some reason you think that Bills can get passed by Democrats with a republican president. Don't get me wrong Obama is terrible for keeping bush tax cuts that have been proven not to work. It doesn't matter tho the politicians are bought and both sides are corrupt.

  • @HerBunk

You're both right. They both suck. Which makes me wonder why the American people keep voting for them.

  • @HerBunk You are wasting your time trying to convince a liberal with the facts. If it isn't in their little catalog of lies they ignore it..

  • @HerBunk

So, whats your plan for fixing a 14 trillion dollar deficit?

  • @SuperSpecialChild (1) Implement a flat tax with no deductionsso EVERYONEpays a set percent (2) Require a "means test" for social security (if you don't NEED IT, you don't get it (3) Establish a trust fund for social security (4) Implement the 500 billion in Medicare savings that Obama claims can be found (5) Raise age limit for Medicare and Social Security (6) Kill ObamaCare (7) Bring the troops home (8) Replace Obama with any other COMPETENT politician (9) Put a budget cap in place.

  • @HerBunk PART 2: (10) Deport the estimated 20 million illegals and secure the borders (11) Tighten trade agreements to include a tariff or a quid pro quo whereby if we import one billion $s in products they would purchase a like amount from us (12) Quit the UN and kick it out of the US (13) Stop being the policeman for the rest of the world and stop giving money to every piss-ant little country (14) Establish TERM LIMITS for ALL politicians (15) Set $ limits on what can be spent on elections.

  • @HerBunk Very well said.

  • @HerBunk so...basicaly...cut the USA from the other world?...agree to that man...the sooner the better. Noone asked you to play world's policemen (USA is doing rly poor job in this cos actualy your country is doing this only for resources and influence), you are not giving the money to anyone for free (USA is usualy getting cheap manpower in the countries) aso...and whats better...USA came with globalization and now you wanna step back when you are loosing?...cowardice

  • @HerBunk interesting to read you comments, Generally with protectionist plans that's more in the leftist (democratic) ideology, yet you also belive in Free trade correct? But some are demanding fair trade, Which it seems that this is where everyone wants to be at. And i agree the regulations are fucking up everything, especially here in cali. But we should also be thankful because our countries GDP is still shockingly HIGH for little over 300 million americans.

  • @HerBunk I also like U.S and japan made products. I have a pair of American made redwing boots for work, And A japanese pilot G2 pen, A honda accord that has high U.S parts content, and a sony Vaio Laptop (that is made in the U.S.A and shockingly not china) For some reason products made here and japan have a much better quality feel than they do when coming out of a plant from china. I try to avoid some of their stuff but we really aren't left with that much of a choice.

  • @HerBunk Republicans owned the economy back in 1929 and look what happened. then a democrat got elected. How interesting. History repeating itself.

  • @cooldudela2 Guess it don't have anything to do with Democrats sending jobs overseas with treaties like NAFTA huh, the best way to cure our economic ills is to get us back to work not by borrowing from our enemies (China) instead of living off the government teet like the Democrats want so we will keep electing them and keeping them in power.

  • @cooldudela2 asshole we went to war, you can see that when Bush took over for the first months he kept the surplus but once 911 happened all hell broke out and the military spending went up the charts thus we needed to let the rich from taxes so they could get more people working and get lots of revenue but this in the longrun makes us have a monster debt

Democrats and Republicans fucked up, America is a sinking ship so you better learn how to say I surrender in Chinese

  • @cooldudela2 BULL!

  • @cooldudela2 Had a carrer in the commercial aviation and never drew unemployment during the Clinton years. Obamma inherited the worst economic mess in history thanks to Dub Dub and friends. Multimillionaire lawyers run the nation . People are foolish to believe that one party differs that much from the other . The staggering job losses will never recover . The greatest single offset to the trade deficit was the sale of aircraft during the last recession . That benifit is gone friends.....

  • @cooldudela2 You misinterprete a surplus for the year with an economic surplus, we had a large amount of debt when bush took office, we just didn't go into more debt the year before bush took office. Also, the largest surplus in history, adjusted for inflation, was pretty much every surplus before 1820. I can't remember which was bigger, but they all far outstripped the clinton "surplus"

  • @cooldudela2 You"re Right

  • First saw this video a year back, and it's still just as funny today. :D

  • what song is it based on?

I mean the 'Now when you buy, buy an american pie

  • @mnimv It's based on a 1971 Don McLean's mega-hit song called "American Pie". The most memorable lyric from that song is "Bye, bye Miss American Pie". Thanks for your interest.

  • Is this why Chev's these days have gone really cheap in their build quality?

  • @bestwayusa1 Sorry dude, nobody competes fairly. everyone is greedy and everyone wants money. Though chinas government needs to be restructured. Fuck their socialized bullshit and government control.

  • I dont get the bit in to little debbie's tow part.

  • Shopping local is good business, but cannot always be done, in part due to the system in place. For example, the grocery store can't always sell Canadian produce, because it's far less expensive to bring it in from far-off countries. Our own strict laws about pesticide use, etc. restrict the local farmers, yet we sell the dangerous pesticides to the countries we import the cheaper produce from. Same goes for most other things we try to manufacture in Canada. Our own government makes it hard.

  • @JohnFingerman yeah, they need to build more sophisticated policy's that have alot of thought into it instead of ones that just simply contradict themselves.

  • HAHAHA!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!!

  • Middle class? No way. Pure feudalism comes. An evil elite including jews and corporations and stupid brainwashed masses.

  • Its called a free market.

  • @1ohtaf1 It would be a free market if the rules were the same for both sides. Workers in China are paid pennies per hour and there are few safety restrictions placed on products made in China. They freely use raw materials that can be very dangerous and make the user very sick or kill him. It's a "free market" from China's perspective but a tremendous trade imbalance (more money leaving the US than coming in) from ours. Thanks for your interest.

  • @HerBunk Most of them work there because they dont have any other choice, and the rich in china like to keep it that way, the commie gov't also wants to keep it that way and get money from the rich. I ment free market as in consumers from forign nations have a choice between imported products and products that are locally manufactured.

  • @1ohtaf1 Consumers will usually pick what is cheapest with some regard for quality but little thought of product safety. There are ways to equalize the imbalance of trade (tariffs and/or taxes) and there are ways to enforce safety standards (tougher inspections of imported products). Neither would be totally satisfactory to consumers because prices for products from China would be higher. Tougher regulations would help level the playing field and, in the end, be of benefit to the US citizens.

  • @HerBunk True, but there is no solution or a chance of an "equal" playing field by using goverment intervention. It just leads to corruption and the bigger companies get even more control. Goverment control also lowers inovation and leads to raised prices of any market due to monopoly of a company in one or several industries.

  • @HerBunk just dont buy it :)

  • Sad... But true...

  • This is what happens when we let corrupt puppet cultural Marxist far-left leaders, such as Obama, Bush, Clinton, and all other mainstream political candidates, be in charge of all the policies and decision making for this country. It's time to liberate America with the white national, reactionary, counterrevolutionary ideals the founding fathers had originally established.

  • this isn't particularly funny, the lyrics are uninspired and stupid

  • @DemonBird More than 2,500,000 people before you said that exact same thing! Thank you for your interest

  • Just to be technical, Tasty Cakes are made in Pennsylvania. So far.....

  • 98 UnAmerican Nazis who love posioning the US with Toxic China Goods.

  • @TheStormchaser1 Toxic China Goods? Blame the companies for the health issues, it's not the workers that decide what goes into the goods. You also get what you pay for.

  • "Hello, i am a nationalist who has no idea about how global economies work!"

  • @kimosabesun last one to make it to the bottom is a rotten egg.

  • R teacher showed us this video I don't know why

  • wow, we feel the same about products from the u.s.a over here, now if we can only get the people to stop buying u.s.a

  • @TheNauded Yes that would be a good idea if your country was actually capable of manufacturing anything you could stop importing from the US. We would also be willing to stop giving you money as assistance for foreign aid. It seems to be a waste of money - it certainly does not buy us an iota of gratitude from those we are helping. Thanks for your interest.

  • "I get to bring inventions to life! Inventors send me prototypes of their new ideas, I have them evaluated for safety issues, and I then take the prototypes and send them out to China factories for quotes. We then select a factory, I address all safety issues with the factory, we go into production and I legally import the products into the USA (or wherever the client wishes) - thus bringing my clients' ideas to life." - Edie Tolchin, "The Sourcing Lady," owner EGT Global Trading

    U MAKE NO SENSE

  • Go on line to American Made. Dont support slave labor, cheats, Look at where the product comes from, Whats that countrys beliefs for the most part on trade, wages, environment; religion ect Then make a decision. Its not that hard to find out on line. Punch in slave labor countries ect. Most but not all companies want to save a buck at any means, and just turn a blind eye at how it's produced. At least in America we have better moral ways of making products. We all cant be paper pushers Buy USA

  • This is a great video and song. Something both Liberals and conservatives can agree on. BUY AMERICAN!

  • If nobody believes this then you're fake

  • Nice song. It's not only America's problem. In Romania, we buy "romanian" cars made by Renault, we buy all vegetables from Turkey, electronics from Japan, toys from China, clothes from Italy, phones made in Finland. The only romanian thing we can buy in large cities is the bread, with ingredients imported from China. Communism was so bad in Romania, but it was so worth it. You could buy a real yoghurt, not that fake ass french-spanish Danone (Dannon in US) paste that's made with chemicals.

  • @SamJigga Phones "made in Finland" does not mean anything =components are made in China, only assembled in Finland.

    regards from Finland

  • @virtonline so you have this problem too.

  • I like it but agree about taking out the fake laughter

  • @djmusicjac The song was performed by The Capitol Steps in front of a live audience. The laughter is real people reacting to the words and the performance of the song. I've seen the song performed live by the Capitol Steps four times on four different occasions and the reaction is always good strong heartfelt laughter. Thanks for your interest.

  • Good for you. I em very happy that you keep your company In The USA. And support your fellow American workers making American products. With fairer wages safety standers ect... I buy and promote American products whenever possible at stores and on line at - American Made- allthough it"s hard to find many American products it's worth it. We must let companies and stores know you must give us that choice. This is our country that our for fathers fought hard for. Thanks again.

  • Buy, buy I-may-reek-c*nt fly.. ~ *

  • FUK capitalism

  • I just got this video emailed to me today, I found it true and humorous at first, but now feeling a bit disturbed by it. So true and yet so sad. This country used to be something, it used to mean something, but now all it's good for is a punch line as the butt of someones joke! I really enjoy the remake of this song, I'm just sorry that it's so true.

When will the people stand with me to take back our nation? Or are we the ones who should be wiped out?

  • what a steaming pile of paranoid horseshit. I'm sorry but you moan about importation and then with the same breath shove your garbage down our throats, you can't go anywhere without seeing coca cola or McDonald logos, if it were a choice between that and horse meat I think I would go for the horse.

when it comes to your exports I have had some right shoddy crap off you guys, like US fender guitars, I had to trade them for the Mexican and Japanese models they were so badly made

  • BRAVO.. Tell it just like it is UNCLE SAM ! Who in their right mind would produce and promote substances that cause such suffering to so many for their own profit? Are you listening Coca Cola and friends?

  • Something cheap from China.. lasts for 1 month.

  • i loved this video. As soon as i saw it i shared it on facebook and not half an hour later one of my friends reposted so all her friends could see it. :) you are very talented at making videos.

  • Who cares what one person thinks of the laughter, it's a great video with a message. Let's not be so shallow. Millions weren't.

  • While this video is speaking the truth, don't forget that American corporations such as Monsanto and Cargill pump chemicals into your meats, vegetables and fruits. GMOs, hormones, anti-biotics, etc

China isn't the only one who creates tainted food.

  • @jeffbrak , true that.

Like Aspertame....Splenda, just to name a few.

  • Just stop importing poisoned food from China...or our life expectancy will be shorter

  • This video makes a terrific point. We save a few bucks buying Chinese imports but sacrifice safety and American jobs, which is ruining our economy.

Check your labels, you'll be shocked. There are frozen veggies from China! More and more clothing is from China. There is no end to the greed of corporations who love out-sourcing jobs to save on taxes and workers wages.

Fight back by buying American-made whenever you can! The job you save may indirectly be your own.

  • @sophiemarie49 , best post I've read. Sadly true.

  • Gotta take the opportunity to pitch my website here - MadebyUS.com - strictly US Made goods. If you'd like to 'Buy American' please consider US!

Thanks for posting this video. God bless the USA!

  • Well, if you're going to do these videos, I wish you'd go back through the years and do some of their classics like, "Euro-Disney", or, "Quackedy Quack, take Prozac." (Never claimed I good spell) There's a lot of older stuff they've done that is really funny!

  • Wonderful! Added it to our favorites. Found this while hunting for videos on melamine poisoning. Check out IHTV-45 at InsidersHealthTV to see a warning on melamine in candy. Thanks, folks.

  • ...very good...

  • We do make things. They won't find you, you have to look for them and buy em and thats that. If we can't even do this then we are toast. This is not a conspiracy it's just unorganized unmotivated Americans who expect the next guy to fix the problem. We can do this people, stick to your guns and help your neighbors.

    Go U.S.A!!

I make an effort to buy American and always will. I ignore naysayers and stay focused. Negativity gets one nowhere. There are many sites to find American made goods.

  • @spearonez , I tend to think it is a conspiracy of greed. The big ceo's know that by out-sourcing jobs they not only have tax breaks and lower wages, they can get lower wages for the remaining American jobs because there are so many people here out of work. Supply and demand.

The wealthy have bought the Republican party, pay big bucks for advertising to influence elections and then get legislation favorable to corporate profits, like most trade agreements, tax breaks for out-sourcing, etc.

  • If we actually made things I'd buy American made so I say lets raise tariffs so that corporations will build factories here
