When I had long hair I would put my hair in a ponytail and put the rollers in the ponytail then sleep on it. It didn't bother me to sleep on my side. Really made it easy to get ready in the morning!

@4444zoey1 I have very fine hair like a spider web but a ton of it on my head and it is really long. I refuse to use product on it for all but he most special occasion. When I use the sponge rollers, my hair curls like crazy and then the wave will last for days. I think the trick is to use small sections. I usually sit in a comfy chair with a free standing mirror, not the bathroom, and give my self about an hour., again my hair is long. My arms get tired. It is totally worth it!

You can also do this overnight (I read online :P ) by doing this when you get out of the shower or bath and keeping the rollers in overnight.

Can you buy these at walmart? I live in a pretty small area, and thats the biggest store without driving for 4 hours.

You need to leave them in longer. And with all your other videos, they are good techniques and helpful but it always looks "half done" and the result is so subtle you may as well ahve not bothered. I really like your hair best in your curlformers video because it's actually curled and looks styled

Thank you for your input, but I really do like waves more than curls. It's my preference of how I prefer it. I find it makes my hair too curly and wild if I leave them in overnight. I like my half-done looks, thank you.

The smaller, the tighter the curl. The larger, the wavier it'll be. Use whatever you want for your look! It's all up to you. :P

If your hair is super wet, it will get more curly vs. dry hair. Also, the longer you leave it in, the tighter the curls. You want to make sure not to wind the hair too tightly around the sponge roller. If you twist your hair before rolling, it'll come out tight as well. If it's too curly, spray it with water in a spray bottle. I hope I helped you out!
